Refund Policy
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your order, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or rework.
To be eligible for a return, you must not have approved the service delivery and provided the feedback and technician ratings.
Your money is protected against service warranty, if you’re not satisfied with the level of service or the service is not provided as agreed, the entire amount will be deducted after charging the platform fee.
Once the services are delivered and you have confirmed that reported issues are resolved, we provide you 7 days from the date of completion to request for free of charge service from the same technician IF the same issues come again, however, once you confirm after 7 days that the issues were completely resolved and you submit the feedback and provide ratings for the technician, the amount is non-refundable.
If you’re not satisfied with the level of service or the issues reported were not serviced, you can talk to the technician to complete the tasks before you approve the service delivery, if the technician fails to resolve the IT Issues, you can cancel the order and the money will be transferred to your wallet which you can use to hire another expert technician to fix your issues.
Please note that our refund policy protects your money until the satisfied service delivery by the technician, however, we also safeguard technician’s interest, if the technician has delivered the services up to your satisfaction and you have approved that, the amount is non-refundable.
Keeping that in account, we request our customers to only approve the service delivery once they have checked the device and verified that all the reported issues are completely resolved.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your refund request is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed immediately and you receive the amount in your wallet with icomputersupport, which you can use to hire another technician.
If you wish the refund to be transferred back to your account, it might take 5-7 business days and the refund can only be initiated in the same mode of payment, if it was card payment, the refund goes to the same card.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
