This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from www.icomputersupport.com (the “Site”).

Our Obligations

Personal information generally means the information about an identified individual. Icomputersupport.com Privacy Policy applies to personal information collected and/or held by Icomputersupport.com

We collect website visitor’s personal information in order to provide our products, services, and customer support. Our products, services, and customer support are provided through many platforms including but not limited to: websites, phone apps, email, and telephone. The specific platform and product, service, or support you interact with may affect the personal data we collect.

At the same time as we may take reasonable steps to protect this data, the user will have bypassed our systems, processes, and control and thus the information provided will not be governed by this privacy policy.

Sometimes users may provide us personal information over platforms that are outside our control; for example through social media or forums. Just as any information collected by us is governed by this Privacy Policy, the platform by which it was communicated will be governed by its own Privacy Policy.

  • Financial Information - credit card details, wire transfer details, payment processor details (e.g. skrill, paypal), tax numbers.
  • User Generated Content - techie descriptions and attachments, bid description, user profiles, user reviews, job descriptions and attachment, user messages etc.

Additionally, when you make a purchase or attempt to make a purchase through the Site, we collect certain information from you, including your name, billing address, shipping address, payment information (including credit card numbers, email address, and phone number.  We refer to this information as “Order Information.”

 

When we talk about “Personal Information” in this Privacy Policy, we are talking both about Device Information and Order Information.

Information collected from others

Registered users give permission for us to connect to their account on other platforms to collect personal information. This includes but is not limited to Facebook, LinkedIn, & Google. The information collected will be governed by this Privacy Policy. Users can stop us from collecting data from other platforms by removing our access on these platforms or by contacting support team.

Users canrefer non-users to our platform by providing contact details such as email address. In this situation, the shared information will be collected and stored by us to contact the non-user and to prevent abuse of the invitation systems

We may collect or process the following information:

  • Metadata –such as IP address, computer & connection information, referring web page(s), web log information, language settings, time zone, browser used, browser version etc.
  • Location - Geolocation.
  • Device Information - Identifier, hardware capabilities, type, device plugins, etc.
  • Actions - pages viewed, scroll, buttons clicked, time spent viewing, search keywords, etc.

 

HOW DO WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?

 

We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfill any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations).  Additionally, we use this Order Information to:
